Trip It Easy

Trip It Easy is an app that playfully utilises data from Google maps to randomise cafes, bars, restaurants and other activites around the location of the user.

The project was created from my bootcamp Web Development course at Le Wagon in the Year 2023.

Our team, consisting of 3 members, used Ruby on Rails to design and implement the back-end of the project and Tailwind CSS, html and Javascript for the front end.

Being the designer of the project, I designed the user journey experience and linked them to the technical aspects of the back end (which user stories linked to which CRUD active record features?). Below is the flow-chart to navigate the user journey stories.

I was also responsible for designing the UI on Figma and implementing the front-end (UI video at the end of this page)
